Sabel Systems Announces Strategic Leadership Appointments to Drive Air Force Digital Acceleration Growth

BEAVERCREEK, OH – September 14, 2026 – Sabel Systems today announced two key leadership appointments to accelerate growth within its Air Force business: Mini Polaski has joined as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace Digital Acceleration (ADAx) Business Unit, and Alexis Wenzel has joined as Vice President of Business Development for the U.S. Air Force account.

The appointments, announced as the Air, Space, & Cyber Conference begins, reflect Sabel’s renewed commitment to scaling within the Air Force market and building on more than a decade of proven Air Force Product Lifecycle Management (AF-PLM) support.

Polaski brings more than two decades of technical leadership in systems and aerospace engineering across major defense contractors, including five years at Leidos as Chief Engineer and Program Manager, four years at Northrop Grumman in systems engineering management, and twelve years at Boeing in systems integration, flight test operations, and flight test instrumentation. Her core strength lies in modernizing technical operations through digital thread architectures and digital ecosystems that transform project execution, while moving legacy environments into agile, efficient operations. At Sabel, she’s positioned to directly address customer legacy system constraints and enable increased delivery velocity.

Wenzel is an accomplished business development leader who joins Sabel from BAE Systems, where she served as Director of Business Development. Prior to BAE, she was Defense Business Development Director for ICF, bringing extensive experience advancing solutions for Department of War and Air Force missions. Her expertise spans modeling and simulation, mission integration, training, test and evaluation, and advanced mission systems, with a proven ability to connect customer mission needs with technology and industry capabilities. Throughout her career, she has led strategic growth initiatives, shaped capture strategy and competitive positioning, and worked closely with government and industry partners to align emerging technologies with critical defense missions. As Vice President of Business Development for the U.S. Air Force, Wenzel is positioned to strengthen partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and shape Sabel’s strategy to deliver innovative capabilities in support of Air Force priorities and the evolving needs of the warfighter.
