Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC (Sabel Systems), a leader in digital engineering and secure mission solutions, today announced the appointment of Tina Dolph and Blake Larson to its Board of Directors, effective January 8, 2026. Their appointments mark a significant milestone as Sabel continues to scale its growth, deepen its defense and space capabilities, and advance its mission to simplify complexity for customers across the Department of War and national security ecosystem.

“These appointments bring extraordinary leadership, operational depth, and strategic insight to our Board at a pivotal moment in Sabel’s growth,” said Shawn Purvis, Chief Executive Officer of Sabel Systems. “Tina and Blake each bring decades of experience leading large, complex organizations at the intersection of technology, defense, and government services. Their perspectives will be invaluable as we expand our digital engineering platform and execute our long-term growth strategy.”

Tina Dolph is an accomplished executive and board director with more than 30 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and value creation across defense and government services organizations. She currently serves as a Board Director at Valiant Integrated Services and has held senior leadership roles including President and CEO of Siemens Government Technologies and President and Chief Operating Officer of CRDF Global. Throughout her career, Dolph has led large-scale integrations, driven double-digit growth, secured landmark Department of Defense contracts, and built high-performing teams across mission-critical environments. Her deep expertise in operations, M&A, and DoD contracting strengthens Sabel’s governance as the company scales its defense and government services footprint.

Blake Larson joins the Board following a distinguished 40-year career in the aerospace and defense industry. Most recently, he served as Corporate Vice President and President of the Space Sector at Northrop Grumman, where he led strategy, execution, and delivery of civil and defense space systems for customers worldwide. Under his leadership, the Space business grew to more than $10 billion annually and supported over 25,000 employees. Larson previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Orbital ATK prior to its acquisition by Northrop Grumman and held numerous senior leadership roles spanning space systems, propulsion, and advanced aerospace programs. His technical background and executive leadership across large-scale space enterprises bring critical insight to Sabel’s expanding space and digital engineering portfolio.

“With Tina and Blake joining our Board, we are adding leaders who have successfully guided organizations through complexity, scale, and transformation,” Purvis added. “Their experience aligns directly with where Sabel is headed in 2026 and beyond.”

The appointments reinforce Sabel Systems’ investment in experienced governance and leadership as the company accelerates growth, deepens strategic partnerships, and advances enterprise readiness for future strategic opportunities.
