Sabel Systems and ITI Partner to Accelerate Technical Data Package Review for Defense Programs

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio and MILFORD, Ohio — September 2, 2026 — Sabel Systems and International TechneGroup, Inc. (ITI), a Wipro company, have signed a strategic partnership agreement to help the U.S. Department of War and the Military Services accelerate acquisition and capability delivery through digital engineering, integrated product data, and streamlined technical review. ITI’s CADIQ technology will integrate with Sabel’s TDPWerx solution to sharply reduce the time program offices and OEMs spend reviewing and validating Technical Data Packages.

The partnership pairs Sabel’s defense acquisition and digital engineering expertise with ITI’s model-based engineering, CAD/CAM/CAE interoperability, and product-data validation capabilities. Together, the companies will help programs reduce manual review effort, improve technical-data quality, and identify engineering issues earlier, before they create cost, schedule, manufacturing, or sustainment impacts.

CADIQ + TDPWerx: Faster, More Rigorous TDP Review

The integrated capability will automate CAD model quality checks, derivative-model validation, revision comparison, standards compliance, and issue reporting. The partnership migrates government and OEM review teams from labor-intensive, file-by-file inspection to scalable, exception-based analysis. Initial collaboration will focus on TDP validation, CAD model quality assessment, digital-thread interoperability, PLM integration, engineering-data migration, and model-based acquisition and lifecycle-management initiatives.
