BEAVERCREEK, Ohio . – August 5, 2025 — Sabel Systems announced today the formation of Sabel Digital Labs (SDL), a strategic alignment designed to strengthen the company’s digital transformation capabilities and technologies across client missions.

As part of this evolution, the company is aligning key leadership roles to support Sabel Digital Labs’ focus on next-generation technologies, including digital engineering, artificial intelligence, and advanced data solutions.

Sabel Digital Labs will operate under the direction of Corporate Vice President of Technology, Chris Sharbaugh, who will oversee its growth and integration with enterprise-wide strategy.

Joining Chris to lead Sabel Digital Labs will be Mike Baker, who has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO, along with Matt Blackmon, who has joined executive leadership as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Together, this team brings 90+ years of experience in technology and digital engineering.
