Sabel Systems Acquires Centil to Expand Digital Engineering Leadership in the Space Domain
The acquisition strengthens Sabel System’s digital engineering ecosystem and expands its capability to support defense and commercial missions in space.
January 6, 2026 – BEAVERCREEK, Ohio — Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC (Sabel Systems), a leader in digital engineering and secure mission solutions, today announced the acquisition of Centil, a company recognized for its expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD product development, and space-domain systems engineering. Centil marks Sabel System’s second acquisition since its majority investment by Sagewind Capital in October 2024.
The acquisition strengthens Sabel System’s digital engineering ecosystem and expands its capability to support defense and commercial missions in space.
