This milestone reflects the rapid progress both organizations have made in bringing together shared values, complementary expertise, and a unified vision for the future of space.
As part of this integration, Centil’s cutting-edge engineering capabilities will be folded into Sabel’s Advanced Engineering Services portfolio, further strengthening our ability to deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions across the space domain.
“We are thrilled to be this far along in the integration and even more excited about what lies ahead,” said Mike Magnusson, Senior Vice President and President of Space Digital at Sabel Systems. “Having Centil’s exceptional engineering talent and capabilities in the fold is a tremendous asset for our customers and for the future of our space business. We look forward to the road ahead as one unified team.”
Magnusson and Dolores Lowe will be representing Sabel Systems and Centil this week at the 41st Space Symposium, April 13-16 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, engaging with the leaders advancing the nation’s space and national security missions.
